Bazaar review: Connaught Bazaar
This is the first time a bazaar is held at Connaught, Cheras. So I thought I’ll check it out. It’s located at CMC Center where Giant Hyper Market operates. So you can expect a lot of parking space. As the centre was quite huge, and quite a few of exhibition going on, it took me some time to find the place where the bazaar was held.
Atmosphere & crowd
I was disappointed, even shock, to see that the area was almost empty. There weren’t as many vendors as I hoped it would be. While it was indoor and rather cooling (I hate outdoors bazaars where it’s so hot you feel like getting some drinks instead of shopping), there was a lack of life. Despite all that, there are still quite a lot of things you can get there!
Some things that caught our eye

Bags from Nanano Boutique. All 20% off!

Necklaces and bags from Sis Collection

Snakeskin clutch.

Cute stainless keychain from Le Memoire sellling at RM 5
How was it overall?
It was a flop! There weren’t much things to see and the ambience was quite bad. Next time, if you intend to go to a bazaar it’s smart to check out the number of vendors and check out how many people are going going through Facebook. I usually care about how accessible the place it but then that’s not the main criteria of a good shopping experience, I realise. But then again, we must give credit to the organiser to take the initiative to organise a bazaar at a completely different location.
Happy Deepavali to all who are celebrating! :)
