Why we love to shop online

I’ve been shopping online for a while and I’m enjoying it (when some sellers are not rude and when the item arrive on time, that is). Here are some reasons why I love shopping online.
10 reasons why I like to shop online
1. Cheaper than brick-and-mortar shops
The things online are so much cheaper than things sold at brick-and-mortar shops. It’s nice to know that as blogshops do not need to pay for rental they can afford to sell items at a lower price. Where else can you find a tank top which only cost you RM16?
2. Shop at home
While I also enjoying walking around the mall and enter one boutique after another, I enjoy looking at pretty clothes in many blogshops at the comfort of my home. That is especially when I need to study for exams at home and I need to satisfy my shopping urge. Great to have shopping therapy at home!
3. Compare and contrast prices
As there is so many blogshops out there, it is easy to compare prices and look for the best deals (Its even easier when review site help you do that!) Isn’t it great to know that good bargains are just a few clicks away?
4. Buy something instantly
The other day, while watching tv, I saw a girl wearing a really cute pleated skirt and I want it immediately. What do I do? Go to blogshops, search for similar item and order it! I save the hassle of driving to a nearby mall and risk not able to find something I like. Ahh. Instant gratification at its best.
5. Easy to find something you are looking for
Finding for something you want is just a few clicks away. You just need to open a page and if you cant find something you look for, just close it and open another one. You don’t have to walk from one end to another, levels by levels, enter one shop after another to look for one single item which may cost less than your petrol and parking fees add together.
6. Unique items
I like the fact that some items online are one of a kind. It’s not as generic as those found in physical shops such as Forever 21 or Seed. I love the fact that its sourced by blogshop owner who all have different taste. Chances that someone exclaim “Hey, I’ve got the same skirt!” is lower when you shop online.
7. Don’t need to find parking
I dont know about you, but I hate looking for a parking and sometimes having to park illegally and worrying about getting a ticket (Opps I’ve said it!) Now, I don’t even have to drive out the house to buy something. Instead, like a present, it’s delivered to my home. Lovely :)
8. Buy something and deliver it to someone else
Not that I have try this, but I thought that it’ll be great to order something online and send it to a friend to give him/her a surprise!
9. Open 24 hours a day
Blogshops never closes it doors (unless it closes down, that is). Theoretically, you can shop in the middle of the night if you want to. I love to know that I can shop anytime of the day, even if that means window shopping. Facing the computer screen, drooling one item after another is so fun!
10. Getting a parcel delivered to your home
My favourite part of online shopping is receive the parcel. I love it when the postman ask for my signature and then hand me a parcel (all the better when its in a huge box.) It feels like a present! Just too bad parcels doesn’t come with a ribbon.
