I was reading last week’s Newsweek which spoke about the future of luxury brand. It was reported that during economic downturns, people don’t stop spending but they become more conservative. Consumers looks for timeless instead of trendy pieces. Well, who wouldn’t when a bag cost you a few months salary?

However, it’s not too hard to be trendy when you know where to shop. If you noticed, there are quite a bit of write-up on shoes. Well, that’s because I found plenty of drop dead gorgeous heels at Aldo but I can’t justify buying a pair of new shoes which are worth few hundred ringgit shoes (and is probably not comfortable to boot). So I find solace in browsing online shops to look for affordable alternatives.
