As a review site which deals with both buyers and sellers, we resolve to always be fair, honest and not disseminate wrong information. We hold strongly onto these policies:

Reviews

1. All reviews are purely personal opinions and written as it is.
2. We aim to update at least twice a day. Despite the frequently, we aim to maintain a standard to our reviews.
3. Most reviews will be on new items which has just put to sale on the same day.
4. While we welcome buyers to email us regarding their items, we reserve the right not to review them if we believe it is not suitable for our readers.
5. We prefer to review women’s clothing and accessories which stocks are readily available.
6. We would limit review on pre-loved items, pre-order items or imported Korean stocks.
7. Advertorials would be revealed as ‘ADV’.

Advertising & Advertorial

1. We would only endorse advertisements which we personally like and which we think our readers would like.
2. Paid reviews would be revealed as ‘ADV’.
3. Despite it being a paid review, we maintain our right to write the review honestly.

Privacy

1. All e-mails written to us would be private and confidential.
2. We would not reveal any information we receive from our readers to third party without their consent.

Letters

1. Entries published under the topic ‘Letters’ are e-mails sent by our readers regarding their good/bad experience in shopping online.
2. Letters would only be published if we believe it is credible, not offensive and written in good faith without any malicious intention whatsoever.
3. We would not entertain letters sent to us anonymously.
4. Name of the blogshop or buyer would only be revealed if the person who writes to us allow us to reveal his/her name and email.
5. However, we would contact the seller/buyer regarding the matter before publishing the letter and allow 3 days for reply. This is to verify the matter and also in the hopes that the buyer and the seller could settle the matter peacefully without the need to publish the letter.
6. In the event that we do not receive any reply, we would deem that the seller/buyer has acknowledged the matter and understand that the letter would be publish in FASHIONO.MY.
7. However, if the person who write the letter do not want their identity to be revealed, we would publish the letter without revealing both the buyer’s and the seller’s identity.
