A friend said that she hates wearing stripes for two reasons. One, it’s devoid of colour. Second, it makes her looks like she just escaped from jail. While I have no idea why prisoners are depicted in comics & cartoons in black & white clothes, we can always add colours to an outfit. We chose a colourful shoe in bright primary colours: blue, yellow, green and pink. Top the outfit up with a carry-all tote from Anya Hindmarch.
On Friday, some company may allow their employee to dress more casually. We put together a set of clothes that are smart enough to go to work yet casual enough to wear to the office. Thank God it’s Friday!
“I can’t wear maxi dress because it’s just too long for me!” my friend complained. So I recommended her to go to the tailor to alter it for a few ringgit and wear heels to ensure that the hem wouldn’t touch the ground as she walks.
Florals are great investment pieces as they never seems to get out of trend. It’s great when the investment is mere RM 35! We found this pretty dress from Sista Closette and proceed to match it with ‘feminine’ accessories. We also include Estee Lauder’s Sensuous and Clinique’s kohl eyeliner to complete the look.
